Standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd class, either letter, large letter or parcel depending on the size and weight of the package. Once dispatched, the Royal Mail commits to delivery within 3-5 working days.

We only process deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays and stand-downs) submitted to us before 1100hrs on the aforementioned days.

Deliveries to operational* BFPO addresses will be delivered free by Royal Mail.
