Standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd class, either letter, large letter or parcel depending on the size and weight of the package. Once dispatched, the Royal Mail commits to delivery within 3-5 working days.
We only process deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays and stand-downs).
Deliveries to operational BFPO locations will be delivered free by Royal Mail.
If your parcel requires special delivery or signed for delivery then an additional postage costs is required. Please contact ica.admin@roseandlaurel.uk for more details.
